About this Product
Soothing and calming chamomile and yarrow are infused into olive oil to create an outstanding moisturizer. Gently stirring the salve as it cools provides the "whipped" status, and gives this salve a softer texture than other salves. Shea butter and vitamin E provide added skin benefits. Chamomile provides a natural pineapple scent. 2oz tin.

Meet the Maker
Welcome to Bert's Herbs. My interest in herbal remedies has turned into a passion, and I love learning, growing, and creating herbal products. God has given us amazing resources in our own backyards - we just need to seek them out. The herbs I use are sourced primarily from my chemical-free garden, or wildcrafted. Herbs that are not self-supplied are purchased from small businesses and are organic whenever possible. My family and friends have been enjoying my products for years, and I am hoping to share the benefits.
Bert's Herbs is named after our cat, Herbert. My husband and I adopted Bert (Herbert) when he was nearly 10 years old after losing our 18 year old friend, Scorpio. Due to sad circumstances, Herbert lost 2 owners, and was separated from another cat he was bonded to. With patience and time, Herbert learned to trust us, and ultimately the hole in each of our hearts was filled. I hope to honor Herbert and earn your trust by providing natural, quality products.

How it’s Made
Chamomile and yarrow from my chemical-free yard are harvested and dried throughout the summer. Once dried, the herbs are infused into olive oil in a sunny window. The infused oil is turned into salves, chapsticks, or soaps that I hope you will enjoy as much as I do.
